Donia Benmiloud is an International Development practitioner with 18 years of experience focusing on Adult learning, non-formal education, Employment, and Entrepreneurship systems in Africa and Asia.

She holds a Master's Degree in Development Economics and International Development from University Paris XII Val de Marne, a Master's degree in Public Law from Université Paris Descartes, and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Law from Université Robert Schuman (Strasbourg III).

Throughout her career, Donia has held various roles including Regional Director for DVV International North Africa, Project Design Expert at VHS DVV International, Disha Project Coordinator at UNDP, and positions at organizations such as Nathan Associates, GIZ, ID d'Entreprise, Banque Malienne de Solidarite, Acopad, and Help From Germany.

She has also contributed to initiatives at institutions like the Francophone University Association (AuF), French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (CCIFV), Anima’fac, and La Ligue de l’Enseignement et de l’Education Permanente.

Donia Benmiloud is passionate about fostering public-private partnerships to advance Adult non-formal education, skills, entrepreneurship, and market linkages by engaging the private sector, Government, and Civil society.
