Laurens Tijsseling is a sustainability manager at Minviro with an extensive educational background in engineering physics, mining and mineral engineering from prestigious universities like Delft University of Technology, Aalto University, and RWTH Aachen University. He is passionate about providing minimum impact raw materials for mining, metals, and minerals projects in the design and/or operational phase with a focus on technology materials such as rare earth elements, copper, manganese, graphite and cobalt. Laurens has experience as a process engineer at Sibelco Group and as a postgraduate researcher at University of Exeter, where he worked with Camborne School of Mines.
