Asiye Karakullukçu

Dr. Asiye Karakullukcu is an innovative scientist known for founding Aksense Medical Biotechnology in 2017, pioneering the development of a cutting-edge portable biosensor for rapid infection diagnosis.

With a background in Product Development, Project Management, Biosensor Development, and Business Administration, Dr. Karakullukcu has led the charge in advancing medical technology at Aksense.

Her academic journey includes earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and Master's degree from Cerrahpasa Medical School of Istanbul University, alongside Bachelor's degrees from Anadolu University and Maramara University.

Dr. Karakullukcu's illustrious career features roles such as Founder and CEO at Aksense, Accelerator Company at MedTech Innovator, LIF Advance Fellow at Royal Academy of Engineering, and editorial responsibilities at prestigious organizations like the Journal of Pediatric Infectious Diseases (JPID).
