Elena Brower is a renowned yoga teacher, bestselling author, and podcast host with a diverse professional background. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles and Apparel from Cornell University and has served as a Textile Stylist at Burlington Industries. Along with her yoga and meditation teachings, she educates individuals on Essential Oils and has served as a former Double Diamond Leader at doTERRA International LLC. Elena is also a former Global Yoga Trainer at adidas and a former Teacher at Glo.com. She is the author of several books, including her latest, "Being You," set to release in January 2021 from Sounds True.
