Professional Experience:
EDA (Electronic Design Automation) R&D experience for more than two decades. Especially have worked on layout design and verification algorithm including automatic placement and routing optimization, and design rule checking.
Based on above experience has been working for a novel computing architecture called "dynamically reconfigurable platform" and its design flow. This flow supports C language as a description language to make it easier to describe complicated algorithm to be embedded. This is based on "high level synthesis" or "Behavioral synthesis" technology.
"Dynamically reconfigurable platform" has been applied for industrial products such as professional video cam coders, digital still cameras, and real-time encoder unit for digital TV broad casting.
Currently working on open innovation, marketing, and new business model development.
Goals:
to open up new business fields and new business models based on advanced technology
to make an effective management style of innovative activity by introducing "dialogue based open communication", and "open innovation" concepts.
to make engineers happy by providing them opportunities for creating shared value for both company and society.
