Austin Neudecker is a San Diego-based business leader, inventor, investor, and proud father. With a passion for growing companies, helping others, and building new businesses, Austin has a rich and varied career that spans multiple industries. After studying at Bonita Vista High School and earning a Bachelor of Science degree in EECS and Management Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he went on to earn an MBA at The Wharton School. While at Wharton, he became an Associate at Genacast Ventures, where he evaluated and advised early-stage companies. Inspired by his experience, he embarked on his own journey into digital health, co-founding AdhereTech and Yealthy. Yealthy was accepted into the Y Combinator program and raised a seed round of funding, but failed to gain sufficient traction. His career then led him to Rev.com, a labor marketplace startup, where he led teams in product, growth, and sales. At Rev.com, Austin was responsible for several of the company's largest new services and market entries, including the launch of Temi, their speech recognition service.

In addition to his work in the tech industry, Austin is also a co-founder and board chairperson emeritus of Startup San Diego, a non-profit that helps build the local startup ecosystem. He has also founded several other companies, including PressAudio, Inc. and San Diego Startup Week. Austin is passionate about playing games, traveling, dancing, skiing, watching interesting films, telling stories, waxing philosophical, eating good food, and trying new things.
