Jeff is a seasoned professional in the field of executive recruiting, having recruited over 3,000 individuals for private equity and venture capital portfolio companies throughout his career. Known as "The Matchmaker" by Inc. Magazine, Jeff has also authored the bestselling book, Recruit Rockstars. Jeff's academic background includes an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a BS in Marketing from The Wharton School.

Jeff's professional experience includes serving as the CEO of Recruit Rockstars, an executive recruiting firm he founded. He has also held leadership positions at various organizations such as retrofit, Sterling Partners, Dyson, Heidrick & Struggles, Spencer Stuart, Intuit, and Black & Decker. Additionally, Jeff has taught as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
