Ian McDermott is a renowned thought leader, mentor, and author with a global perspective on leadership, innovation, collaboration, entrepreneurship, and risk. With over 30 years of experience in mentoring leaders, Ian has trained a generation of coaches and pioneered Leadership and Innovation Coaching. He is an Honorary Fellow of Exeter University Business School, External Faculty at Henley Business School, and Dean of Innovation & Learning for the Purposeful Planning Institute.
