Leonard Telesca is an accomplished healthcare executive and manager with expertise in infectious diseases and dentistry services. He holds a bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Drew University, where he studied with a 4.0 GPA, and a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. Throughout his career, Telesca has held important roles in renowned organizations such as UCSF Medical Center and MicroDental Laboratories.

At UCSF Medical Center, Telesca served as Division Manager of Infectious Diseases, overseeing the clinical operations of the department. He was also Clinic Manager of Periodontology and Oral Medicine. In MicroDental Laboratories, he held several leadership positions and effectively managed dental services, executive services, and regional accounts. Before that, he was the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Healthpoint Capital, LLC.
