Her career started as an Account Manager at Computerized Management Services before taking on the role of Talent Attraction Specialist at Farmers Insurance, where she built a background in attracting and retaining top talent. Now, as a Talent Brand Manager at Farmers Insurance, she collaborates with talent, marketing, and all lines of business to establish and strengthen the company's workforce.
