Function:Senior Advisor for International Relations in the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Cooperation between China and the Portuguese Speaking Countries
Main Areas:Directing the work of some Office staff, identifying and implementing Permanent Secretariat activities;Supporting the efforts of various Economic and Trade Forum field operations in the development and implementation of activities;Establishing and maintaining contacts at a comparable level with officials of international organizations and business groupings to exchange information and to identify activities for joint implementation; Ensuring co-ordinated projects development and implementation;Reviewing and assessing the relative feasibility and impact of proposed projects; Providing guidance in work programmes for seminars, training courses and other activities; Writing reports; providing input to speeches for senior management with regard to economic subjects;Identifying setbacks in some of the cooperation projects proposing alternative action;
Monitoring potential funds and requests for projects to delegations both from China and Portuguese Speaking Countries including status of implementation; Liaising with other Governmental and non-Governmental Departments; Political Advisory in the International Cooperation field to the office Coordinator; Management and development of Cooperation projects enhanced by the Macao's Forum Permanent Secretariat, between public or private entities from China and Portuguese Speaking Countries; Conceptualization and Development of the Business Database related to the Economic and Trade Cooperation;Control of some Macao's Forum website contents;
Responsible for the Permanent Secretariat Media Relations;Responsible for the Relations between the Office and the local Portuguese Speaking Countries Associations;
