Tara Madden O'Donnell has an impressive background in marketing, communications and business leadership with over 24 years of experience. She has worked with major global brands to help solve business challenges and has been the Managing Director of Hotwire UK since 2019. During her career, Tara has served category creators and industry moguls such as Coca-Cola, Vodafone, Samsung, MTV, and many others. She advises her clients on strategic global planning, reputation, messaging, and executive communications. With her MBA in International Business from Iona College, her passion for her clients' business success is evident in her work. Before joining Hotwire, Tara advised brands on setting up in-house creative, digital and marketing agency structures, leading organisational design projects to improve performance in brands and agencies, and developing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns. She has also been the MD of Archetype (formally Text100), where she oversaw operations, recruitment/retention, new business, and client service. Throughout her career, Tara has been an asset to the companies she works with, helping them to grow and excel.
