Ryan Toben is a seasoned business leader with an impressive track record in sales strategy, operations, and leadership. With an MBA from Columbia Business School and BA degrees in English and Philosophy, Ryan's education has been a perfect complement to his professional journey. He started at PwC before moving to JPMorgan Chase, where he worked as a financial editor and advice lab analyst in the private bank. From there, he scored successive positions at some of the leading software as a service (SaaS) companies, including SAP, SuccessFactors, and Mixpanel. As the head of sales operations at SuccessFactors, he managed to triple its revenues from $100 million to $300 million. He held senior executive roles at Gainsight, where he built a successful revenue operations team focused on digital adoption and customer experience. Ryan currently serves as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of EMEA at Gainsight, where he is tasked with scaling the company's business in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
