He has held senior-level positions at leading sports marketing agencies, including IMG and WPP, where he drove the commercial development of major football brands such as England, The FA Cup, and Euro 96. Hill's expertise in sports marketing and leadership experience led him to serve as CEO of the global awards for Laureus Sport for Good. He is also a former CEO of the Football Association of Ireland and has held various leadership roles across different organizations, including The FA and Wembley National Stadium Ltd. Hill's impressive professional background is rooted in his education at Leeds Grammar School and the University of Nottingham, where he studied German Language and Literature.
