Tim Barrett

Tim Barrett, a savvy real estate expert, is a Managing Director at Clear Sky Capital, Inc. & Raceway Car Wash. With impressive qualifications, he oversees deal sourcing, underwriting, acquisition, business plan development, and implementation, as well as the structuring of the capital stack. Prior to joining the Clear Sky Capital, Inc. team, he held positions with JP Morgan Chase and Co. Despite his extensive banking experience, real estate is not a new field for him. He previously held positions in real estate development and construction management, and also worked on a brokerage team. Tim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business with an emphasis in finance from Arizona State University West.
