Theresa Ng is an experienced leader with a strong background in non-profit organization management. She holds a B.S. in Business, with a focus on Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Phoenix. In addition, she studied Project Management at the University of Massachusetts Boston.

Theresa started her career as a Shift Lead at Peet's Coffee & Tea before moving on to become the Coffee Manager at B/SPOKE Studios. She also served as the Executive Administrative Assistant at Bay Cross Capital before founding and leading the Foster Care Alumni of America, MA as the President and Programs Chair.

Theresa is skilled in event management, volunteer management, and public speaking. She is a strong operations professional and has a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry.
