Caroline Grell

Caroline Grell is a Virginia native with a strong passion for employee experience and workplace culture work. She finds joy in partnering with people and fostering cultures that prioritize employees. Currently, she holds a pivotal role at Disney Television Animation, working closely with talented writers, artists, and directors in the Development Department.

Caroline's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Cinema and Television Arts from Elon University, and she also studied at Norfolk Academy.

With a diverse work history, Caroline has held several key positions, including Production Coordinator at Disney Television Animation, Executive Assistant to VP of Development & Executive Directors of Creative Development at Disney Television Animation, Executive Assistant / Production Coordinator at Wayfarer Entertainment, and roles as an intern at various organizations such as Wayfarer Entertainment, The Late Late Show, What's Trending, Pam Williams Productions, and WHRO Public Media.

Furthermore, Caroline has excelled in academic leadership roles as the Elon Equipment Operations Leader at Elon University and as Line Producer at Elon Tonight. She also has a foundation in event coordination from her time as a Summer at the Academy at Norfolk Academy.
