He has worked for Shell, where he held prominent roles such as Program Director Sectoral Decarbonization, Vice President & Country Chair Bolivia & Paraguay, General Manager Ventures, and Transition Leader BG Bolivia. Rik is also the founder of TOPAZ Transformations, an organization that aims to promote sustainable energy.
