Jonathan Tappan is a highly accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in general management, merchandising, planning, allocation, e-commerce, marketing, and store management. With a comprehensive background managing large teams in both the brick-and-mortar and e-commerce space, Jonathan has worked with full-price and outlet channels, both domestically and internationally.

Jonathan is an experienced merchant who has managed apparel, footwear, and accessories businesses across all genders and age groups for some of the leading specialty and wholesale retailers globally. With an education in business, banking, and markets from Harvard University - Extension School, and economics from Denison University, Jonathan's expertise lies in global apparel and accessories retail management.

Having served as the VP/GM Global Apparel and Accessories, and GM, Direct to Consumer EMEA, at Converse, Jonathan has held several high-profile leadership positions in the fashion and retail industries. Before joining Converse, he founded The Tappan Group, where he provided retail consulting services to some of the leading fashion brands in the world.

Jonathan has held several merchandising and management roles in renowned retailers such as Ann Taylor, J.Crew, and Gap Inc. He's a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, team player, and has a keen eye for identifying industry trends, making him an invaluable asset to any retail organization.
