Paul Jordan, a former army soldier, has spent the last two decades helping people achieve their fitness goals. With certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he specializes in corrective exercises, sports performance, flexibility, resistance, and functional training. A fitness industry professional with vast experience in behavioral training for membership and personal trainers, Paul brings unique approaches to increase user adoption and mitigate membership attrition, thus developing stable and scalable fitness businesses. Paul has worked across the United States and built teams, implemented protocols, and developed programs from scratch in multiple locations. Moreover, he is passionate about promoting activities around a fitness lifestyle and implementing methods that transform unhealthy habits by fueling a healthy mind and body.
Paul studied kinesiology and exercise science at Ohlone College, education at Wright State University, and obtained a diploma from Western Hills High School. Paul has worked as the head cookie at 19th Street Cookie Company, head talent scout at 49ersfit, co-founder at COACHD, ultimate personal trainer at The Bay Club Company, membership specialist at UFC GYM, custom home specialist at ADT, fitness manager at Oregon Athletic Clubs, and self-employed at Results Training Systems. Furthermore, he was a fitness professional, master trainer, and fitness manager at 24 Hour Fitness and a mechanic ACO 94th Eng in the US Army.
