Eli Ben-Shoshan is a seasoned business leader with over a decade of experience in improving and growing businesses across a diverse range of industries. With a BS in Physics and BA in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University, as well as an MBA and CPA, Ben-Shoshan has a robust skill set in finance, business growth, strategy development, analytical rigor, negotiation, and due diligence. He has significant experience in leadership roles across business leadership, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, mergers & acquisitions, strategy, and information technology.

Between completing his education and becoming the CEO at Elessent Clean Technologies, Ben-Shoshan held various positions such as the Vice President Business Development at Kraton Polymers, Vice President, Negotiation Solutions at ChemConnect, Director Finance & Business Development at KoSa, Vice President Auctions & Business Development at CheMatch, and Managing Director at Priolytics. He also worked as the Global Business Leader at DuPont Clean Technologies (MECS, Stratco, Belco, Isotherming), as well as in Biochemicals Business Development at Genencor International / DuPont Industrial Biosciences. Ben-Shoshan also served as the Director – Koch Chemical at Koch Industries and a strategy consultant at Monitor Company.
