Kara Levy is an experienced coach, writer, and lecturer with a passion for helping individuals and teams maximize their potential. She has a BA in Medieval Studies from Swarthmore College, an MFA in Writing from Columbia University, and is TEFL certified from ITC Barcelona. With over a decade of experience coaching clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to energetic startups to Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Kara's coaching philosophy centers on helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and authentic. She is the principal at Kara Levy Coaching, a co-author at Wiley's Communicate with Mastery: Speak with Conviction and Write for Impact, and has worked as a Communication Coach at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Kara is also a former San Francisco Editor for Joyland Magazine, a lecturer at San Jose State University, and an Assistant Director at Emerging Writers Institute at U-Cal Berkeley. She has also been a Steinbeck Fellow (Fiction) at San Jose State University and a Fiction Writing Instructor at Columbia University. Additionally, Kara founded Fine Line Editorial.
