With over 20 years of experience, he has served in various roles, including Director, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary at Paradigm Foundation, where he was also the COO and CFO. His primary focus is on entrepreneurship partnership and positioning finance and accounting as a tool for businesses instead of a barrier. Prior to joining Paradigm, Joel was a Software Development Manager at Epic Systems Corporation and a Software Developer and Research Assistant at Michigan State University.
