Led and coordinated business level accounting, planning, analysis and reporting activities for a $400 million sales office and a $200 million factory operation as well as oversaw IT strategic direction and related responsibilities for this semiconductor and test service provider.
-  * Negotiated tiered volume based pricing mechanism for our number one customer that improved profitability and eliminated impact of seasonal swings on earnings
-  * Developed key performance indicators and monitored performance of operations against stated objectives in the areas of productivity and controllable costs resulting in savings of $1M per month  
-  * Provided financial analysis and expertise for strategic planning purposes specifically around tax structure, transfer pricing and transaction based tax implications for offshore operations

Key aspects of the consolidations included customer segmentation, product line analysis, fleet rationalization, communication plans, and the design of employee severance packages
- Developed internal management reporting package providing non-financial managers with a comprehensive financial understanding of operations
- Managed financial aspects of the sale of an $85 million subsidiary including required SEC reporting and accounting for the sale

Selected from audit group of Siebe to manage a staff of 15 responsible for all financial reporting and analysis for multi-location turnaround business.
- Streamlined closing cycle from five to two days allowing additional time for financial review, analysis and reporting
- Developed new p.c. based internal reporting package that led to improved understanding of financial performance and analysis.  Subsequently implemented Hyperion financial consolidation and reporting software
