Facebook

Director, Consumer and Developer Marketing

Built and led product marketing teams for Developer Products (Mobile App Ads, Audience Network, Facebook Login, Analytics, Games, Payments, Parse, and more), led our global community engagement efforts, and led Facebook's largest conference, F8.

-  Initiated first consumer brand campaigns for Games and Login.
-  Redefined F8 from a 1-day/25 session event to a 2-day/75+ session event with 6k+ attendees and 100K+ online viewers.
-  Oversaw the FbStart Program, a global program aimed to grow and support the startup community
-  Launched Mobile App ads in 2012. Helped build the product into an industry leader, using various marketing tactics to drive exponential growth and to set new standards for developer marketing.

Head of Developer Marketing

- Responsible for advertiser messaging and scaled content for sales and external sites.
-  Created Facebook's advertiser narrative which was downloaded few thousand times, more than any other collateral to Sales at that point.
-  Managed the launch of a dozen vertical solutions to the sales org (e.g. CPG, Automotive, and Retail industries)
-  Led content for fMC -the only Facebook event for Advertisers/Marketers (1100+ attendees)
-  Led Global Sales training - the largest, most in depth training to date within Sales, resulting in 88% attendance among the Advertising org; and 80% pass rate on assessment.

Mobile Ads Marketing

- Worked exclusively on marketing and pricing cases with top CPG brands.
-  Recommended strategy for trade spend allocation of a leading CPG company with $10B in revenue.
-  Developed a day and region specific pricing strategy for a leading beverage company by creating a pricing architecture supported by extensive competitive research and consumer insight.

- Led cross-functional team in analysis of kids' snacking behavior in effort to redefine competitive landscape for Yoplait, which was incorporated into the leadership's Long-Term Growth Strategy.
-  Led cross-functional team in the first co-branded ad and package design for the division.
-  Quantified growth potential for three brands based on buy-rate upside of entering new markets and targeting new occasions using various databases and consumer research.

- Led cross-functional team of analysts, industry experts, attorneys, and firm officers to procure information, devise strategy, and create and present analyses on business litigation cases.
-   Developed financial model revealing $30 million in damages to payroll processing company for patent infringement, model applied in court to win against nation's leading trial attorney.
-   Developed firms overall marketing plan and marketing material used for recruiting, training, and firm-wide communication.
