David Share is a seasoned business executive with a diverse background in information technology, financial services, and startup ecosystems. He has over two decades of experience in business planning, sales management, and strategic alliances. Currently, Mr. Share is the CoFounder and CEO of UGE LABS, a revolutionary platform empowering users to create and share location-based, social, and interactive content. Prior to UGE LABS, he co-founded myCitySlice and served as President/CEO at KALA Corporation and SVP Business Development/Marketing/Sales at Bit by Bit Computer Consultants/3B Digital.

Mr. Share is known for his entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills, strong writing and presentation abilities, and proficiency in SaaS, geoservices, knowledge discovery, and unstructured data mining.
