Takashi Hakii

Takashi Hakii is a seasoned professional with a background in Political Science from Waseda University.

He started his career in a foreign-affiliated consulting firm focusing on business improvement in the accounting domain.

During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the Japaneseization of SAP products and was involved in launching SAP Japan.

His career took him on overseas assignments to the US, Germany, Hong Kong, and other locations.

After leaving the consulting company, he ventured into the entrepreneurial world by establishing a cloud-type e-mail distribution company catering to corporations.

Under his leadership, the company became the market leader in Japan and was eventually acquired by a JASDAQ listed company.

Hakii then diversified his portfolio by founding a company that specializes in start-up investments and offers advisory services encompassing business strategy, new business development, and M&A.

Since 2014, he has been actively involved in business incubation, holding a prominent position as a leader in the new business development department of a Japanese firm listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
