Oded Shekel is a highly accomplished product management executive with over two decades of experience in the software industry. He is currently the Chief Product Officer at Hackerrank, a technology company that uses skills assessments to help businesses identify and hire the best tech talent. Oded earned his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Prior to joining Hackerrank, Oded served as Senior Vice President of Product Management at the same company. He has also held executive-level product management positions at Blackberry and Athoc, as well as leading product management roles at Microsoft. At Microsoft, he managed the development of several significant products, including Windows Server 2008, Visual Studio, and Windows Rights Management. Oded has also served on the board of directors for South Peninsula Hebrew Day School and worked as a Product Management Mentor for Plato.
