As part of the merger of Just Retirement with Partnership Assurance, this engagement was to remediate an existing programme, define and deliver the integrated target organisation and roles alongside the staff consultation process to release a significant proportion of 400% and £8m in sustainable savings2. Leading the Customer Experience and Advocacy programme including implementation of Net Promoter Score measures & discipline to become a top 5 strategic indicator; reengineering Complaint Handling to improve data accuracy to 99.96%,improve FOS upheld rates and build a reputation for best practice with the FSA.  My role also included the leadership and governance of Treating Customers Fairly programme to successfully embed.  3. Operational MI team - standardised, rationalised and further integrated Operational MI with focus on 'vital few' leading indicators.  Reporting volumes and effort reduced by >30% and led measurement standardisation across the business.4. Operations Planning - strategic planning process, deployment and delivery/reporting across all operations functions.  Deliverables included revised operations risk and governance structures as well as adoption of a new goal deployment framework and planning process.5. Delivered 10% budget savings in Operational Excellence teams while simultaneously making radical improvements to employee satisfaction to >65% strongly agree. Attrition fell to 40,000 users across 40 countries.  I am providing executive level enterprise sales support on an ad-hoc basis focused on a small number of UK and multi-national Financial Service and Business Process Outsourcing clients.

Managing a portfolio of new product propositions for the newly formed JRP UK retail business alongside integration and consolidation projects to deliver synergy cost savings.

Re-energized, structured and led the delivery of this highly complex programme to aggressive timescales.  Just Retirement was one of just 19 UK companies to gain PRA approval to use an Internal Model to calculate Solvency Capital.  Further approvals including Matching Adjustment were also approved alongside becoming Solvency II compliance by 1/1/2016.  Further achievements along the journey included:  deployment of a proxy modeling software solution and implementation of new reporting system enable Pillar 3 reporting to be delivered.

The programme delivered a series of strategic and practical actions to move Just Retirement nearer to target state.
