Paul Snow is a prominent figure within the cryptocurrency landscape who has spent his career building new solutions to persistent problems. Snow is well-known for founding Factom, a protocol that adds a general purpose data layer over the Bitcoin Blockchain, and for organizing Bitcoin meetup groups, forums, and conferences. In addition, Snow is the Chair and Organizer of the Texas Bitcoin Conference, which brings together individuals with technical, commercial, political, and economic interests in the cryptocurrency space. He is the Chief Technology Officer at DeFi Devs and has held positions, including Chief Blockchain Scientist at Inveniam, Director at Maximus, and President at Software Construction Company. Snow specializes in cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum, crypto-technology like Factom, community building through conferences and educational events, decision table-based rules engines, scripting, compilers, patents, embedded systems, custom compilers, XML, and Java.
