I managed 3-5 internal project teams at a time consisting of: producers, UX researchers, designers and developers to create and ship world-class digital user experiences. I worked with C-suite clients to define engagements based on business goals, market opportunities and user needs. My responsibilities included: client satisfaction, ensuring engagements were on time and on budget, and identifying opportunities for the continued growth of the accounts.

At Critical Mass, I had the opportunity to work with a diverse roster of brands spanning a variety of industries. Clients included AT&T, Nissan, Infiniti, Coles Australia, Clorox and Luxottica.
