Mr. Rao studied Electrical Engineering at BMS College of Engineering and earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. He worked as a Software Consultant at Intergraph before serving as a Program Manager, Online Services, and then Program Manager at Accenture.
