Meet Allan Sesto, a highly experienced data manager with more than 15 years in the Technology area and 5 years in high management teams with a focus on data. Allan has a postgraduate degree in Finance, Investment, and Banking from PUC and an MBA in Big Data and Data Science from Faculdade Informática e Administração Paulista (FIAP). As a technical project leader, he is responsible for the team involved in the deliveries, hiring, budget validation, performance evaluation, and PDIs.

Allan is recognized for his communication skills, influencing the team to ensure quality deliveries. He implemented techniques that seek the development of each team member, promoting challenges that generate engagement and a sense of belonging. Allan has worked on several projects on AWS Cloud Big Data, Data Science, and Data Engineering concepts. He has strong knowledge in AWS, construction of Data Lakes, from architecture to data democratization processes, data ingestion in Sqoop and Kafka, development of DataOps data pipelines, application of processing concepts in Spark, and works with the "Lego Box" concept which aims to give autonomy to the business areas in consuming data in the best way possible.

Allan has worked on projects for various large companies such as Vivo, Santander, and Too Seguros. As a specialist in forming high-performance teams, he has held management positions such as Data Engineer Manager, Data Architecture, Tech Lead Big Data, Data Engineer, Solutions Architect, and Infrastructure Engineer.
