Antje Bauer is a seasoned executive coach, team coach, and women development mentor with over 30 years of experience in people management across different geographies. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic Studies from Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen and studied Business Administration at Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main. Bauer is a founding member of the Divershefy Club and is a former managing director and co-founder of StrengthMiner® Consulting LLP. She is also a regenerative farmer.

Bauer's specialties include team coaching, executive coaching, women development, and regenerative farming. As a team coach, Bauer partners with the team and its leader to understand the systemic context and co-create a transformation journey through which they develop an awareness of themselves and each other. As an executive coach, Bauer helps business leaders address deep-seated challenges that get in their way without peddling quick answers and easy results. As a women mentor, Bauer engages women to have conversations around the topics they have been avoiding, and with her women development programs, she believes that interrogation of our own beliefs and values and learning from our peers is what it takes to push us into action.
