Matthew Thomas is a driven "Envision, Create, Execute, Repeat" entrepreneur and Solutions Specialist for Modern Workplace at Microsoft. With a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communication and Political Science from Michigan State University, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management, and a Master of Science in Quantitative Management, Business Analytics from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, Thomas brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.

Before his current Manager role in Microsoft, Thomas founded Bond Shop Club and Cash Flow Positive Ventures. He also worked for major medical device companies including NuVasive and Stryker, where he held sales positions in spine, trauma, and extremities. Thomas was also a Personal Markets Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Account Manager at CDW Inc, and Executive Store Management Sales Intern at Macy's, Inc.
