Delivered technical demos designed to highlight Mobideo’s key features while demonstrating tangible benefits to the target audience. Demos were often customized based on consultation with the prospect to better understand their unique challenges and where they are on their digitalization journey.

As part of the US management team, worked with the SLT to define value propositions and market positioning. Managed consultants, project managers, developers and testing team, who in turn were responsible for the implementation and deployment of our SPM software solution.
