He has founded his own consulting firm, Valor CSR, and worked as a consultant at SJ Consulting, Inc., Andrew Schuricht Consulting/M. Goodwin Associates, and Springs Preserve. He has also served as an instructor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and held several senior leadership roles at Three Square, a food bank in Las Vegas.
