Mike Reed is an accomplished technology leader with over two decades of experience in the IT support and technology fields. He has worked in a global computing technology environment, managing worldwide Desktop and Engineering teams, controlling the SCCM infrastructure for over 7000 endpoints, and responsible for a multi-million dollar budget for IT infrastructure.

Mr. Reed has vast knowledge in leading projects and global implementation of services and technology solutions. He is known for creating and managing a global workstation replacement strategy for over 3500 users and leading the global desktop organization in a multi-domain integration project. Additionally, he has provided one-on-one support to numerous C-level executives.
