Michael Kielsky is a seasoned attorney and counselor with over fifteen years of experience in legal, contract, business, and personal cases. Based in Mesa, Arizona, he is a partner and attorney at Udall Shumway PLC, where he litigates cases and advises clients on technology and privacy laws. Mr. Kielsky is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California, and he has appeared before various courts, including the US District Court, Arizona, and the US Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Kielsky earned his JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, where he graduated first in his class with summa cum laude honors. Throughout his law school career, he won numerous awards and distinctions, including twelve top grade awards and Honor Roll recognition. He was also an editor for the law review and an extern at the California Court of Appeal in San Diego.
