Adanze Asante

Adanze Asante is a talented writer specializing in science fiction/fantasy and speculative fiction. She is currently focusing on a trilogy set in pre-colonial Nigeria, specifically exploring the conflict between the Songhai Empire and Yoruba Land. The story features a young Yoruba woman with extraordinary abilities defending her village from potential threats. As a former student of Clarion West Graduate program and University of California, Berkeley where she studied Journalism, Adanze brings a unique blend of storytelling and journalistic skills to her work. In addition to her writing pursuits, she contributes to academia as an English Professor at the City University of New York.
