Jim Ham is an accomplished attorney with over 30 years of experience in legal industry regulation, ethics, and California State Bar investigation and discipline matters. He has served as a commissioner for the Special Commission for the Revision of the Rules of Professional Conduct for the State Bar of California and has also worked as an expert witness and lecturer in law. Ham is licensed to practice law in both California and Texas and has previously worked as an equity partner at Arnold & Porter LLP and as a shareholder at Pansky Markle Ham LLP. His specialties include complex civil litigation and legal ethics, and he is a continuing legal education speaker and author of articles on legal ethics.
