Austin Wilkerson is a licensed attorney in Texas and Kentucky with a passion for finding solutions and providing accurate legal advice. Wilkerson earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Oral Roberts University and a Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law. Wilkerson has experience representing churches, nonprofits, and other tax-exempt organizations as general counsel. His areas of focus include church and nonprofit corporate structuring and legal compliance, adoption law, family law, mediation, negotiations, insurance subrogation, and personal injury evaluation. He is an advocate for adoption, serving on the board of Pure Foundations, an organization that supports the orphaned, widowed, and poor, as well as having previously served on the board of the Orphan Care Alliance and as Chairman of the Board for the Arise for Children adoption agency.
