Tim Fcpa is a highly accomplished leader with over 35 years of experience in technology, clean tech, telecom, and cannabis industries. A graduate of Bishop's university, Tim holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance, FCPA, FCA from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, and Certificate, Ivey Executive Program from Ivey Business School at Western University. He also studied ICD, Rotman, Directors Education Program in 2020 at University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Tim's leadership experience includes serving on several board committees representing management, guiding approximately 40 M&A transactions, including many international and billions of capital raised in public and private equity markets. Currently, he works as the Chief Financial Officer at Collective Growth Corporation (Nasdaq:CGRO) and had held senior executive roles at Canopy Growth Corporation, including Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and Strategic Advisor.
