-     Managing the entire (end-to-end) recruitment cycle in co-ordination with a hiring manager.
-     Assist the hiring manager in designing job descriptions & prepare tailored job adverts, appropriate to different media and target audiences across the region.
-     Determining required applicant competencies by studying the job descriptions.
-     I specialize in sourcing & screening top-level executives globally in the real estate sector with functional exposure in domains like strategy, investments, finance, corporate communication, and business planning, etc.
-     Responsible for creating a pipeline/ longlist (active/passive talent) through channels like LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, agencies & portals.
