Shaelyn Crutchley

Shaelyn Crutchley is an accomplished industrial designer and design leader with experience in various design management roles at 3M and PepsiCo. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout and RMIT University. Crutchley founded Volo Creative and is now the Vice President of Design Innovation and Brand Experience at Pacha Soap Co. Additionally, she has been an instructor at various institutions, including the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and DSK Supinfocom International Campus.

Throughout her career, Crutchley has honed her skills in product design and brand development, particularly in the consumer goods industry. She has led design teams in North America and globally, overseeing the development of well-known brands like LIFEWTR and PepsiCo beverages. Crutchley's design work has earned recognition from the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA), Red Dot Design, and Good Design.

With her diverse background and extensive experience, Crutchley is an expert in managing design programs and fostering cross-functional collaboration. She is dedicated to creating impactful design solutions that resonate with consumers and drive business growth.
