She has a diverse background that includes roles such as claims supervisor, customer service representative, medical record specialist, and subrogation analyst. As a licensed insurance agent for auto, property and casualty, life and health, and Medicare supplement policies in North Carolina, Braswell has a comprehensive understanding of the insurance sector.

Currently serving as the Team Lead for the Center for Member Engagement and Education at Compass Rose Benefits Group, Braswell leverages her vast experience to assist clients with their insurance needs.
