Silveira has a wealth of skills in Brazilian tax laws, Sox procedures, IFRS/USGaap accounting rules, international BPO management, and merger and acquisition. He has also been involved in business modeling and implementation projects, from single service provider implementation, global negotiation, and payroll compliance to setting up shared centers and localizing employee benefits for business growth.
