Bill Clerico is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and board member, known for his expertise in the banking and financial technology industry. He is the former CEO and co-founder of WePay, now part of JP Morgan, and has invested in over 30 startups, including Bank Mercury, Boom Aerospace, Cambly, and Deel. Bill is also a board member of PayNearMe, a financial services company. He started his career as a technology analyst intern at Goldman Sachs and later worked at Jefferies & Company as an Investment Banker. Bill is a former part-time partner of Y Combinator and advisor and investor at Insight Data Science. He was also a disaster services team leader at American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay, Advance Aide at Massachusetts Statehouse, and network engineer intern at the US Army CERDEC. Bill obtained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Boston College and studied Pre-Engineering, Math, Science, and Cisco Networking at High Technology High School.
