Jorge Monteso is a seasoned business development expert with over 20 years of experience in international B2B and B2C environments. His expertise lies in creating and implementing cross-cultural strategies, boosting company cultural change, and identifying business opportunities at a global level. Jorge has worked across various sectors such as FMCG, Marketing, Advertising, Health & Safety, SAS, and Consulting. His notable experiences include founding and working as a Global Business Development Consultant at The Work in Progress Project, serving as the Vice President Global Business Development at Analyse², and working as the Head of Marketing & Global Sales at Dupont® (Estambril NQP).

Jorge studied Ingeniería Tec Electrónica, Electrónica at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and earned his Master’s degree in Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School.
