Thomas is a visionary leader and has a proven track record of optimizing processes, developing business opportunities, and integrating them to meet customer requirements/expectations. He is also known for providing dynamic leadership in change management, project management, supply chain management, mergers & acquisitions, and P&L budget management. He studied at Rutgers University for his BA and went on to pursue his MBA at the University of Phoenix.

As Founder and Managing Director of Soláthair, LLC, Thomas leads his team in providing strategic sourcing, organizational design, and procurement services to clients. With his years of experience as the Chief Operating Officer and CPO Asia-Pac at Credit Suisse, as Managing Partner of Supply Chain and Procurement at Soláthair dba Larktronix, LLP, and as VP Account Management at QP Group, he has successfully driven millions of dollars in annual P&L savings to the bottom-line while capturing billions of dollars in post-merger sourcing savings.
